what can i do about dogs tearing my fence up,,,,owner will not keep them confined to his property..dog warden has been called,,,,cant do nothing unless they catch them loose

Present the owners of the loose dogs with a repair bill for the cost of repairing your damaged fence.

The Sheriffs do not seem to do anything about dogs in Middleburg...the people on the curve of 152 as you are going out of town have always had black & white sheep dogs that love to chase kids on bikes.... and cause scrapes and bruises and minor bites..... dog warden and sherriff do nothing... and the same thing happened to me 30 years ago and nothing was done then either...... can ya tell I have been stuck here for years ? LOL
