NEVER SHOP AT WILDSIDE SMOKE SHOP! I PURCHASED A 450$ ROYALTY GLASS WATER PIPE THERE ON SATURDAY OCTOBER 24, 2009 AND WHEN I FIRST USED IT I NOTICED THE PIPE WAS DEFECTIVE. THE MANAGER TRIED TO CONVINCE ME IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE LIKE THAT. IT MOST DEFINATELY WAS NOT. AFTER ESTABLISHING THAT, WE ESTABLISHED THAT NO ONE KNEW ABOUT THE DEFECT AND COULD NOT HAVE, UNLESS THEY USED THE PIPE. BUT, AFTER THE PIPE HAS BEEN USED THERE IS NOTHING THE STORE WILL DO ABOUT IT!THE STORE AND THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO CREDIT OR REIMBURSE ME IN ANY WAY. I AM NOW OUT OVER 300$ AND HAVE NO WORKING GLASS PIPE TO SHOW FOR IT!!!! BEWARE!!

I know how you feel, I bought a $500 dollar piece at a shop in Grand Rapids and almost the samething happen to me. I had the peice for 4 hours and the spot that the downsteam goes in broke off. The store said because i used the pipe they could not help me. Of course this upset me but this is the chance we take buying glass. Remember that there are shop all over the country, if stuff like this didn't happen then there would not be a need for so many stores.

Most normal pipe shops will not take your dirty pipe back, because, it has illegal res. in it. When your buying a pipe, check evey inch of it before buying it, glass is a funny thing and alot of stores will not check for cracks more then the average glanse as they put it on the shelf. Oh and the reason there is so many pipe shops is not cause they all are garbage, more just the demand around here is growing since medical legalization of marijuana. more smokers=more shops. better luck next time kristen.

Wild Side smoke shop? Just had to check it out myself and it was worth the drive!! This place has every peice of glass you could ever want!! I have been to all the shops in the state (I think,maybe,I forget haha) and these guys have the biggest selection I have ever seen!! I give it 5 stars and 2 thumbs up :)!! The staff was very helpfull at pointing me in the direction (i.e. a sick ass PHIRE with a perk with a huge discount) I got what I was looking for and my buddy picked up a sweet vape with a LIFETIME warrenty!!(also got a sweet deal!!) So as for me I WILL ALWAYS SHOP AT WILD SIDE!!!
