I don't know the facts, I haven't read the police report, wasn't in court, didn't hear the story told by the niece. This isn't the Jim Lanfrankie I knew. I could be wrong, just like alot of people adding their two cents worth that isn't fact. I know the man had been in a bitter custody case with his ex-wife. I know that I've seen him cry over the whole custody battle. I hope that what was alleged to have happened, Didn't! Not only for his niece, but for him. I make no assumptions and I haven't spoken to Jim in almost 2 years. I just know there are no winners in this situation.

Jim Lanfrankie is sick. I as well have not read the reports, wasn't in the court room, and have ignored the rumors. I do know that the Jim Lanfrankie I knew was not this person all over the newspapers and t.v. This is a man who should be put in jail. This is a man no one wants to be around. This is a man many people cringe at the thought of him. The Jim I knew was kind and supportive and loving. That is the Jim we all want back. I am ashamed and embarased to say i knew him and trusted him. I haven't spoken to in over three years and I do not plan on talking to him ever again. Yes, there are no winners in this situation but there deffinately a lot of losers. His family, imidiate and extend. They lost a father, a brother, an uncle and a friend. To them I am truly sorry.
