Although it's not mentioned in the article, I can tell right off the bat that this man is without a doubt a tourist.
We New Yorkers know that if you hold up the train for ANY reason your going to get your spot blow up.
Us New Yorkers do not have time to be held up by anything, we completely lack patience and we all have very import thing that we need to rush to get to.
Any New Yorker knows that if your in a wheelchair and you go on the subway people are going to get angry with you when you make them late.
I personally feel that this disabled person has an overly high opinion of themselves stemming from Mr. Rogers.
If you go to New York and hold up anyone even if your not disabled people are going to make rude comments at you... it's NEW YORK! You don't deserve a cent! The conductor didn't even say anything offensive, what did he do say your in a wheel chair... it's because YOU ARE in a wheelchair, maybe you thought people couldn't tell or something and you would rather lie to yourself. It's not like the people around you seeing you didn't know that. Grow up and learn to deal with it, you greedy law suit hungry leech.

Another example of our disgraceful litigious society by leechers, moochers, and freeloaders like this guy who is just looking for some free money to pay for another fancy wheelchair I doubt he was "emotionally traumatized" and even if he was that's not deserving any money. I'd sue the father for raising such a wimpy son who's so "traumatized" by a simple announcement that he can't function in society. What a loser.
