What a bunch of bull---t, why not just divvy up the cash between gang members to pay them off and hope they keep their promise to be good. It never worked when we gave other countries money to behave and it wont work on these criminals. They need to be eradicated with the junkies so that the youth that are on the straight and narrow can grow to their fullest potential. And the union work houses, are they still in operation ?

Just wait till they build Heartland over 3,504 apartment units, in the Phase 1 build out alone, at the former Pilgrim State property. 90 percent will be rental units. A city center , for gangs. Will be the final DEATH BLOW for Long Island. Pay them off to relocate to Heartland Town Square, all are welcome.
