The only thing (most) people did to become parents was to get naked and have sex. That surely didn't make them smart. Judges have to show a considerable degree of education and knowledge of that state's and the U.S. Constitution.<quoted text>
What makes the judges smarter than parents. Straights have rights when it pertains to public school mandates to teach them that gays are born gay and not nurtured. What proof do the judges have that they are right and straight are wrong?
The judges are not to rely on religion and personal likes or dislikes when it comes to making decisions. That is why the judge is the Loving v. Virginia case was so wrong in his "god separated the races...." speech when he handed down his decision. That is why the judge (a Bush appointee) in the 2005 Dover case ruled against the school district in the Intelligent Design case. Similar kudos the judge in Massachussetts who dismissed the case in the King-&-King case.
