Rwanda says war crimes suspect surrenders at U.S. Embassy
Rwandan-born former Congolese general Bosco Ntaganda, wanted by the International Criminal Court for suspected war crimes in Congo, has given himself up at the U.S. Embassy in Kigali, Rwandan Foreign Minister Louise Mushikiwabo said on Monday.

God.... Wouldn't that be a dream come true. Not only for his hand in Chile with Pinochet, but for the years in Paris in 5 Star Hotels and eating establishments as America's Youth died in the Jungles of Viet Nam while he flitered away their lives at the negotiating Table.
