State police and the FBI have released surveillance photos of a man who robbed a bank last week in Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County.

If I was the bank manager. I would install video surveillance system. Because if this was on video he could have won $10,000 on that funny video show. Bank robber in a funny hat segment.
My car has a back up cam, my phone takes pictures....but a bank can't have video surveillance cameras? lol What a country! Give the bank CEO a big bonus for keeping our money safe.

The banks don't care if they are robbed...FDIC, they get insurance money. If I didn't have people that count on me, I would probably be robbing banks too. Times are tight and no light in sight.

I'm guessing that the reporter meant "quarter panel." A corner panel is a device used to mount speakers in the corner of rooms, where two walls and a ceiling converge.

The term "quarter panel" comes from having four of them on the vehicle.
