Penalty of $1M in McGinn, Smith case
A penalty of nearly $1 million has been handed down by a federal magistrate judge against the wife of a co-founder of McGinn, Smith & Co., for allegedly concealing information from the government to prevent the seizure of a $4 million family trust fund.
