This is the most unfair conviction I have heard of in a long, long time. In my view he certainly was not Driving while intoxicated, he was mearly sleeping in his car while intoxicated!!! I certainly have no sympathy for drunk drivers or drunks period!!! BUT, he was not DWI and the conviction is rediculous!!!! THIS IS NOT JUSTICE!!

After reading the article I would say that the conviction was not right. After all he was on his own property, in his own parking space, in his own vehicle with no keys in the ignition. It was determined that he had went to the car to sleep. How can that be drunk driving. They might as well have went in his house and aressted him for the same thing. Or is that the next step in our judicial system.
