It may have slowed down some people,but what really is going on is heath is losing all of it's business. Customers are going else where to spend. The majority of the people I don't think oppose them,it is all the other things that are making them mad. We have been told many times that an officer has to read and explain a ticket and we had to sign it that we agree. Now all that is suddenly not needed. Plus the cameras are a business and that creates and attracts people who are willing to make money anyway they can,even if it is illegal. All businesses are subject to thieves, SPEEDING AND THE LAW IS NOT BUSINESS AND HE CAMERAS HAVE NO PLACE IN DECIIONS A PHYSICAL POLICE OFFICER SHOULD BE MAKING.
