Bus stops should be arranged closer to houses and developments so that people who are not privileged to drive have means of getting around, such as teenagers and seniors. It is difficult to get around anywhere for some without a car thanks to the lack of sidewalks and great distances from home to destination. Agree?

I agree to an extent. I left Brooklyn, NY to get away from all the noise. I like living where I do not hear buses and trains all night. I understand that seniors and Children may be benifited from this, but the are plans in place for this. My Grand Mother lives in a development that has bus service every few days to get seniors to the local shopping and banks. As far as children, most get rides from parents or friends. I know this is not the ideal situation, but I enjoy the quiet.
