Even non-citizens have rights in the u.s. of américa. The presumption of innocence – being considered innocent until proven guilty – is a legal right which is violated by the practice of profiling.

Our Constitution guarantees equal protection under the law to anyone inside the borders of the u.s.

it seems to me that you are the only one on this site that understands the constitution and that wants to uphold the law..it just amazes me that there are so many people in this town that want to prosecute people that are undocumented and are here to better their situation by providing labor and services that most americans do not want to undertake..i just hope that before i die that people change their attitudes of people not as fortunate as they are...

i am sure that if your grandfather was mexican or lived in mexico, he would have done the same as many mexicans have done in order to escape poverty, feed their families and to find a better way of life..you know this as well as i do..unfortunately, for your grandparents, there was an ocean between him and a better way of life, so he had no other recourse but to get on a ship and come through ellis island..this not only goes for your descedants, but to most of the europeans..people have migrated from the beginning of time, and will continue to do so..this is a fact of life..get over it and stop demonizing people who are trying to survive..i am sure that if you would do the same thing in order to create a better life for yourself and your family..i know i would

Daily Horoscope for December 3

Aries

It's difficult to know whether you're being realistic or gloomy today, especially when thinking about matters dear to your heart. For instance, you might be concerned about the welfare of a relative and wonder whether you're making mountains out of molehills. Do your best to remain cheerful and positive, not bogged down in nameless fears.
