In addition, Obama and his handlers have a history of redefining his identity when expedient.

In March 2008, for example, he famously declared:

“I can no more disown [Jeremiah Wright] than I can disown the black community. I can no more disown him than I can my white grandmother.”

Several weeks later, Obama left Wright’s church–and, according to Edward Klein’s new biography, The Amateur:

Barack Obama in the White House, allegedly attempted to persuade Wright not to “do any more public speaking until after the November [2008] election”(51).

Obama has been known frequently to fictionalize aspects of his own life.

During his 2008 campaign, for instance, Obama claimed that his dying mother had fought with insurance companies over coverage for her cancer treatments.

That turned out to be untrue, but Obama has repeated the story–which even the Washington Post called “misleading”–in a campaign video for the 2012 election.

Obama isn't arguing that Romney wasn't a good businessman.

His argument is that the kind of business Romney was in doesn't mean he's qualified to be President. And when he brought that business experience to Mass. it was a huge failure.

Budget Office: Obama's Stimulus Failed on Jobs

Wednesday, 23 Nov 2011 12:34 PM

By Paul Scicchitano

In a blow to the Obama administration, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has concluded that the president’s economic stimulus plan created fewer jobs than expected and “crowds out” private investment.

A new report the CBO released on Tuesday finds that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act may have boosted the economy in the short run by sustaining some 700,000 jobs at its peak in 2010 but “will reduce output slightly in the long run — by between 0 and 0.2 percent after 2016.”

The report estimates that the total number of jobs the plan produced was far fewer than the 3.5 million the Obama administration predicted during the peak of spending.

The CBO estimates that the stimulus is responsible for sustaining between 600,000 to 1.8 million jobs during this quarter, which lowered the nation’s unemployment rate by as much as 1 percent.

In July, the conservative Weekly Standard estimated that Obama’s stimulus package had cost taxpayers $278,000 for every job it created.

Unemployment is UP not down to 8.2%. Only 69,000 jobs when they were counting on 155,000.

Bill Clinton on Romney.."he had a good business career".

The DOW was down 275 points today.

The "shellacking" continues on its path to Nov. 6, 2012.

Nobody in the Obama campaign denies that Romney had a good business career.

The issue is that his career as a vulture capitalist does not qualify him to be President.

And when he brought his business "expertise" to the state of Massachusetts, he wrecked their economy.

Vulture capitalism made Romney rich, but it requires skills and sensibilities that are uniquely DIS-qualifying to be President of the United States.

Bill Clinton veered sharply off message Thursday, telling CNN that Romney's business record at Bain Capital was "sterling".

"I don't think that we ought to get into position where we say This is bad work. This is good work", Clinton said. "The man who has been governor had a STERLING business career crosses the qualification threshold".

Clinton also went on to say that Romney's time at Bain represented a "good business career".

The mainstream media is owned and operated by the same megabank multinational corporate interest that control Obama and Romney.

They can destroy any candidate to the dumbed down celebrity and sports obsessed (by design) American public at any time.

The American public will not elect another President for the foreseeable future, unless things change and people start waking up.

The Bilderberg Group is meeting in Chantilly right now to determine public/global policy.

Your votes is only a false feeling of belonging - they pick and chose the candidates that will work for them, not you!

LOL! You just love taking comments out of context, don't you?

Go listen to the interview.

----------

I think he had a good business career. The -- there is a lot of controversy about that. But if you go in and you try to save a failing company, and you and I have friends here who invest in companies, you can invest in a company, run up the debt, loot it, sell all the assets, and force all the people to lose their retirement and fire them.

Or you can go into a company, have cutbacks, try to make it more productive with the purpose of saving it. And when you try, like anything else you try, you don't always succeed.[...] So I don't think that we ought to get into the position where we say this is bad work. This is good work. I think, however, the real issue ought to be, what has Governor Romney advocated in the campaign that he will do as president? What has President Obama done and what does he propose to do? How do these things stack up against each other?

That's the most relevant thing. There's no question that in terms of getting up and going to the office and, you know, basically performing the essential functions of the office, the man who has been governor and had a sterling business career crosses the qualification threshold. But they have dramatically different proposals. And it's my opinion, anyway, that the Obama proposals and the Obama record will be far better for the American economy and most Americans than those that Governor Romney has laid out. And that's what the election ought to be about.

----------

Catch that whole part about "run up the debt, loot it, sell all the assets, and force all the people to lose their retirement and fire them"? Do you think Clinton was PRAISING that behavior?

And did you catch the part about "But they have dramatically different proposals. And it's my opinion, anyway, that the Obama proposals and the Obama record will be far better for the American economy and most Americans than those that Governor Romney has laid out. And that's what the election ought to be about."

Clinton was specifically CRITICAL of how Romney screwed workers to get rich.

And Clinton specifically said that OBAMA and not Romney has the best plan for the America economy.

If it weren't for distortions of the facts, you Republicans wouldn't have ANYTHING to run on.

You claimed that people have said Obama has $1 billion.

That was a lie.

And your claim that the GOP is raising more is also a lie.

----------

Through April, Obama and Democratic groups supporting his re-election bid have raised nearly $450 million during the election cycle and have more than $150 million in the bank. Romney and Republicans backing him have collected more than $400 million during the same stretch and have about $80 million at their disposal.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/after-...

----------

You are lying June.

If Obama is so terrible, why do you have to tell LIES about him? Can't Romney win on the truth?

Nevermind. We all know the answer to that. LOL!

This is too funny!! What was Obama's qualifications? Community organizer?

Obama is a GIANT failure....high unemployment, enormous national debt, lost triple A rating (never happened under any other president), and on and on it goes.

Obama is slowly sinking.
