Rebecca Ann Brinson, 48, of Dock Branch Road, Barnardsville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses. According to the arrest warrant, Brinson rented a dwelling to a man when she had no legal right to the property. Her bond was set at $3,000.

Creative, huh! Wonder if he'll get his rent and deposit back?

Prophet Karim Hadialim Allah, 36, of John Street, Asheville, charged with possession of five rocks of crack cocaine. He was released under $3,000 unsecured bond.

Oops. Looks like the prophet needed a little earthly help to see those "virgins", or would that be to see them crack ho's!

I seriously doubt that. I'm sure one of the local dealers got that money! Only someone on drugs would come up with something like that one.
