They are horrible! Half the time my phone, internet, and cable was sporadic at best. Got rid of them.

I had them for exactly three days and switched to UVERSE... their broadband was slower than DSL. They did have excellent customer service and refunded all my installation fees.

I'm beginning to worry about my decision to switch from AT&T. So far, the average speed of my my 20 Mbps service is actually 3-5 Mbps with some very occasional early morning peaks of 19 Mbps. The speed is there but they just can't deliver it consistently.

enet on and off for a week.called them on sat made plans to stay home all day thurs to wait on repairman.get home on tues note on door that i missed them.this co is a joke!!!!!!!!!!

Yep...same thing happened to me! Except, when they didnt show on the scheduled day, i called (of course i stayed home all day) they told me that a work order had been put on for the previous day and it said it was complete. I'm so furious. They then proceed to tell me that they would come out the next day and that I didn't not have to be home "it was an external problem and can be fixed from outside". So I didn't stay home...came home to a note that said "sorry we missed you, please call to reschedule". Are u ***king kidding me? I'm going on my 2nd week with no service. I told them if they didnt fix TODAY they can come out and pick up their crap. "I'll have a supervisor call you right away". They never called or showed. Hence,...AT&T has a new customer.

the worst cable co in the history of the world. hope they go belly up. the girls in the front office are brain dead. what a pos co.i think they are all high dope.shame on u morris bb. give it up and let a real cable co give us the service I pay $126 bucks a mo for.

Service is consistent, but I get a price penalty for having only internet service. Speed is like that of a third world country.

if you use piratesbay they report your ip adress they cencor you they are a isp that watches everything you do im not very happy with them I urge you to do some research i urge you not to use morris

My internet and cabe bi has gone up $10 a month fro the past 3 months with no warning. Not sure why, not really sustainable for me financially. And they're going to try and charge me $50 to disconnect. I'm calling B.S.

I've been with this group for multiple years now and have a huge history of service faults. I first had their 8MB package and started noticing slowness where 4.5 - 5MB was the best I could get. Through many service calls where they said it was the signal, the issue ended up being other customers "sucking" all the bandwidth running P2P sites.They of course offered a higher bandwidth package to cover my needs at a higher monthly price (go figure). So, I entertained this idea and moved up to the 20MB package. Well, this just showed the real issue more since I was only receiving 10 -12MB on a good day. Then, they offered to move me up to the next level of 25MB on their new DOCSIS3 network, of course at a higher monthly charge. Well, for the first few months everything worked great and I was actually please even with paying the higher monthly bill, but now I'm having issues once again where we're not getting what we're paying for. We get anywhere from 10 - 15MB on average and every so often the speedtests might jump to 18 - 19MB, but nothing near 25MB (or 23.86 which was our tests when it was working fine).

Is there someone or some group we can contact to report this failure to provide the services for which we pay for each month? The worst thing is in my area, there's really no other Internet Provider in this area to compete with this company. So, if you're in another area where you do have a choice, I would really do your research before making a decision for your Internet.

They are terrible in this area which is the middle of town. Morris came to the house next door last Thurs. to turn off the TV as the people are gone. They also turned mine off and won't come out until Monday (5 days) to fix it when it was their fault. This after over a year of being cut off on my phone in the middle of a call. They can't seem to fix anything. Only one other provider choice here, ATT and I am changing although it will cost me but then Morris sure has.

att uverse not any better. much worse actually. Not much hope for the consumer right now. Thanks Deregulation
