I hope that the Judge who gets this case does to them what they did to their victims. In these difficult times con men are going to show up everywhere. Law enforcement needs to shut them down with severe punishment.
How about 1 day in Jail for every penny swindled? |

I'm absolutely baffled how these
scams are able to succeed. Rather than being overly trusting I find that most people who are loosing (or never had) the abliity to think clearly are so paranoid they believe you can determine their social security or credit card number just by knowing their shoe size, their ZIP/Postal code and their favourite color. Cause we all know those numbers are assigned by running those 3 things through a special mathamatical formula that all the bad guys have already stolen from the government...-_- |

I find it so sad that these guys felt the need to scam innocent people out of their hard earned $ just to fatten their pockets. This country has been in a ego driven state for so long that ppl are becoming numb to it. The rich get richer and the poor lose everything in the process. Get a grip people! Stop trying to compete with the Jones'...you will never catch up and you will lose so much more in the process!!!

i just hope that they look at each one individually and not as a whole, some of these employees may not have known what they were really getting themselves into, most bosses want their employees to remain in the dark. their are other companies doing much more damage to our economy and not even getting recognized for their part.

The 4 brothers DO NOT work at the same shop, read the article again. They had 2 shops and were estranged. Also, the other post said that the EMPLOYEES might not have know what was going on. Of course the brothers did, they master minded the whole thing. Most employees are not privy to 100% of the inside business information. |

i didn't say that the "brothers" didn't know what was going on and I am pretty sure they did, I am only looking at the employees of each company, I would say that most of them wanted a job and did what they were told to do like most of us who want to earn incomes to support our families. wouldn't you??? like most sayings are said, the boss is always right?!?!?!?!?! |

Its not sad at all. They werent even that close to begin with. Plus, what's sad is how much $ they stole from those poor people. They should definitely get more than 5 years with no parole. Who's to say they won't pull this kind of thing again. They're pros... |

This might be a pretty good story, but I can't really tell as your blue box with links to other areas covers part of the text of the story.
