LI company to pay $3 million for sham fundraising
A fundraising company that duped people into giving money to a sham breast cancer charity will have to pay $3.1 million in restitution, a state judge has ordered.

According to the original article this is the second major scam that Garrett Morgan has been involved in. Twice - greed driven fraud. His failure to correct should be punished by a fine that seizes all assets and includes extensive community service to repay society.
