Finally! I was hospitalized on life-support for 8 days in 2004 when the neighbor's lawn service used a fungicide on an extremely windy day against package directions. Because the fungicide is considered "harmless" once it hits the ground, it was nearly impossible to litigate and I ended up with the $55,000 bill all because they wanted a a chemical lawn at any price.
Seeing all those yellow flags when driving down the street really ires me. Don't people care what they are doing to their neighbors, the kids and our water supply?
