Sexual harassment at UPS

[UPS sucks]

I was sexually harassed by a black man at UPs hub. My manager and supervisors were laughing when my sexual harasser taunted me about getting employe eof the month award after a report was filed against him. My supervisor was Josh Teague and manager name was Billy Hughes. My co-2workers laughed at times when sexual harassment was going on. UPS human resources did not care when I went to them to report it.
Apparently I came to know that when a employee cusses at supervisor the employee gets fired but when the supervisor cusses at employee nothing happens at UPS. Josh teague was cussing at me and nothing happened. They don't care about sexual harassment or cussing by supervisors.
