Yes, its fantastic, trouble is local people cant afford the prices due to the fact that north east employers wish to pay only minimum wage. Local folk cant even get decent social housing from the council because massive tracts of land in the town have been cleared of council housing to make way for private developments with no investment of the money made from these sales contributing to the huge social housing problems in the area. It Stinks!
