Abandoned house on Dunhams Corner Road?

400 Dunhams Corner Road.

I was taking my dog to the dog park in East Brunswick. I was walking by the woods and I saw a house. It looked to be in bad shape but it was a cute private little house. It is between the dog park and crystal springs. Does anyone know about it? It says "400" on the mailbox and the drive way is very overgrown. Any info please let me know.
