Do not use!!! they charged us for our Goodman 2 year old motor that has a 5 year warranty. They never called back and refused to give an itemized bill. They charged us $850.00 we gave $425.00 and asked for a bill but they refused. They now have turned us over to a collection agency for an additional $425.00 but we still have no bill or any credit for the motor that was under warrenty. They never even called us back!!

[HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE]

I called this past Friday to schedule an appointment for today (Monday) for which they NEVER showed. When I called them to find out what happened they were EXTREMELY rude, telling me that they have nothing in their computer, that I could not have possibly called to schedule, AND that I couldn't have possibly talked to the guy Joe whose name I got from MAKING TE FREAKING APPOINTMENT - Duh.
They apparently thought that I pulled Joe's name out of a hat and had no interest in rectifying their mix-up - bad business; RUDE AND FORGETFUL!
Save your money and spend it on a company that cares!
