Oneonta is sued by landlord

An Oneonta landlord and one of his tenants are arguing that it can be a group of more than three unrelated college students who live, eat and do chores together in the same house.

A family is not defined by DNA, it is any group of people who live together and share their expenses and household responsibilities.

Discrimination is prevalent where ignorance dwells, and let's face it folks Oneonta is a heartbeat away from JIM CROW LAWS.

I hope Mr. Martella wins his lawsuit against the city of Oneonta. There needs to be lawfulness in this city, because without it, the town will further decay.
