I agree with Charlene about this Republican congressman Vito Fossella who was recently arrested for drunk driving and yesterday admitted to having a child out of wedlock!

Here is ANOTHER member of the party that preaches to us about their "family values" and then they get caught having sex (and children) out of wedlock, driving drunk, having sex in bathrooms, groping underage congressional pages, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.

Being caught in a scandal is worth investigating.

Being caught in a scandal while claiming moral superiority on the same activity* is not just worth investigating, it's worth ridicule and public humiliation. Republicans seem to have cornered the market on that. I'm not saying that no Democrat has ever done that (see Elliot Spitzer), but Republicans seem to do it *on a weekly basis*.

* You know, like being caught with a prostitute after screaming about family values (Vitter), or being caught trolling for gay sex in a public bathroom after decrying homosexuality in general (Craig), or being caught screwing your secretary while simultaneously attempting to destroy someone's career for screwing their secretary (Gingrich), or getting caught preying on underage Congressional pages after leading the charge against sexual predators (Foley), etc., etc...
