Disabled have trouble finding compatible gas station

Some people have trouble finding a gas station where they can actually fill up. Joseph Russell has been using a wheelchair since 1967, but he's still very independent.

2. he can get in and out of his chair by himself and exit the van.

Pump your own gas if you can't find a full service or ask a friendly customer.

Who cares? AT least it's not illegal for disable people to pump their own gas.

I can't bid on certain government projects because I'm not in a union. The government passes laws to discriminate against certain groups because certain other groups pay off their politicians.

The disabled need to form an union and pay off politicians to get what they want. That's the way it works in New York.

First off, disabled people and retard are quite different.
Second, you will face terrible hardships soon because of such close-minded remarks...such as imposing a tax or getting a laugh off of someone else's misfortune,
Third, you should be completely ashamed of what you've said, and chances are, it's somethign you'd never say in front of family members or loved ones.
Lastly, please let me know where you all live...just for personal reasons...I'd like to visit some of you.

Just to let you know this person CANNOT get in and out of his chair by himself and no where in that article did it say that he can. he can get in and out of his car but driving is very different ...take a look on the inside and see the other side of it...

Dudley Doright why not take a ride with this person and see the whole story of it....were you there?...if you were you would have seen the difficulties of pumping gas...don't you think he has tried to do it himself...and he has been severly disabled since 1967 I am 100% positive that he has tried....your ignorance is awful...
