Great atmosphere and excellent food! It's like stepping into New Orleans! The art work is incredible. The traditional cajun dishes are delicious and they also have excellent steaks, ribs - the traditional man food.

It took 30 minutes to get a drink and we ordered dinner an hour ago. If we ever get food I will let you know how it is.

The food is horendous, however the atmosphere was great and our waitress Cheryl made the first experience even more delightful; she stayed on top of our drinks, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The second experience was terrible!!!! Our waitress did not refill our drinks until we were done with our meal, she did not even introduce herself so I do not know her name. My wife's food was cold when she got it and it was just horrible service. I will not be returning to this location.

The atmosphere and the decor were awesome! But we waited two hours before we even got an appetizer and it was over done. Service wasnt that great either. Several times we had to go to the bar ourselves for our drink. We actually left before we got to taste the entrees that we ordered so I can't really comment on the food. We decided that we would give them one more try later on, so I hope we can get the full experience then. I realize that this is a new place, but they need to focus more on the service and it will be a great place I'm sure.

The atmosphere is great, but don't come for the food. If you've ever eaten cajun or creole food, then don't eat here. The gumbo tasted like canned vegetable soup over rice and the ettoufee didn't have a rue and the vegetables were close to raw.

Can you say awfull. Have they ever heard of a roux. Gumbo was watery. Etueffee was nothing more than slightly cooked peppers, celery and onions with warmed over crawfish served over rice. Sent the dish back after one bite but never saw a manager. I challenge them to a cookoff.

My husband and I went to the Blue Voo Doo on a Friday evening (with friends). Ther service was excellent and the food was good....and quite large portions. I would go again.

Recently went to the Bleu VooDoo. Good service, good food, good prices. A guy served our table and he was right on top of everything.

Great atmosphere, slow service, basic fare menu needs revamping with fish other than fried catfish/pork/salad options to reflect restaurant's theme. The waiting staff needs training makeover. Good culinary intentions for a community void of alternatives. We will try again later to see what has happened in downtown Easley. I think with a few changes, this can be a place with lots of appeal from diners from surrounding communities.

After reading the comments above, I am surprised to see the service is still so terrible. There were the usual excuses of short on cooks, short on waitresses. Enjoyed the atmosphere and food but they will have to improve their desire to serve the public before I return. We had to practically beg for every morsel of food and it arrived at different times with our party of four to where one person never even got their main dish until we had finished eating. Hope they make it...BUT there are some major improvements to be made.

Been there since day one - at least one/three per month. It's a great place!

Horrible food and service. They can't even cook a steak without burning it. Nice pictures on the walls, though.

Wonderful! Awesome! Love this place. Service has gotten much, much better, very friendly staff. Food is great - fall off the bone ribs, lots of choices. They try very hard to please. The atmosphere is like nowhere you will find anywhere in this area for sure, very colorful and fun. We have become regulars there now.

The food here is comparable to garbage. The service was on the fence. I don't know about it bro.

You obviously were at the wrong restaurant BRO! The place has been in business for a year now and is kicking a$$! The place is packed out on Friday nights! The food is delicious, best place to eat in the upstate! You obviously lack taste and respect

This is by far the best place ever! Yes, they struggled for awhile in the beginning, but the fact that they have a hour waiting list on friday and Saturday nights speaks for itself as far as I'm concerned! The food is delicious, beer list and drink specials are amazing, and the new deck outside will sure be a hit. I'm here at least once a week if not more

I'm not too sure about this place. Loved the decor. We made dinner from several appetizers. They were ok. Service left a LOT to be desired. She didn't even know where the seafood came from or if it was fresh or frozen.I had high expectations. No red beans and rice??? New Orleans is probably my favorite place to visit and I have eaten in both the finest and hole in the wall places there. I was hoping to find something close here. I did't. I believe in second chances so I'll probably try Bleu Voodoo one more time. I hope the experience will be better.
