Let the poor man keep his chickens, as long as the area is clean, the chickens are quiet, and he doesn't use any of the chicens for his own sexual gratification.

All lies. Nothing but a harassing village board. there were no complaints and no violations. Just a bunch of jealous, bitter, losers on the board. And they continue to humiliate themselves and be a black mark on the village. GO RESIDENT. I hope you put them in their place!

While out at yard sales today, we stumbled upon the hamlet of Earville, NY population 852 and median income $32,500. As we drove into this average American small town, we were aghast to see this billboard posted right off the main thoroughfare. I could understand if the town were filled with lavish homes and impeccable landscaping. Earville, NY, however is a “one stoplight “ town filled with many country fields and plenty of wide open land. To not allow hobby farm animals to us, is completely ludicrous and downright fascist. Our great country was founded upon the principles of liberty and justice for all. Keeping animals is one of those rights. Not to add, with Monsanto and the use of GMOs and hormone-laden meat becoming a huge problem. Many people are changing their ways and raising their own meat animals and eggs. As an American, to have this right stripped away is unconstitutional.
