Drug court grad on Blizzard
Blair County President Judge Jolene G. Kopriva this week took immediate steps to find a treatment facility for one of her drug court graduates who relapsed twice in the last month and ended up in the Altoona Center for Behavioral Health after ingesting Blizzard bath salts.

Maybe, Just maybe he relapsed cause drug court is not a 12 step program!!! More like another program to make money for Blair County!! Its a damn shame that they care more about money then finding a better way to keep there clients from dying!!

i dont exactly believe in 12 step
programs.. but drug court and dui is a total set up to keep them coming back to jail which brings in the money
