Kerry Burdick should have a label: "WARNING. This person should not be allowed out in public as she is a hazard to her 6-year old son." If her son had his shoes untied and they got caught in the escalator would she sue the store, the shoe company, or the shoe lace company as they ALL don't come with warning labels telling you to be careful to not wear them on an escalator?
