Sure KK, our $20 billion deficit in CA is due to software engineers and movie industry workers who make $80K a year and have none or one child, the illegals with five children who make $10 an hour cash have nothing to do with it.

<quoted text>The problem doesn't necessarily have to be about illegal immigrants. What you should have gathered from that video is that the State of Florida has frequently failed to reimburse those hospitals for the cost of treating, not just illegal immigrants, but the UNINSURED. So, the real problem here is that all the uninsured are overusing the emergency care system as if it were a clinic. So, even if every single illegal immigrant left, there are still 40 million legal people in the US without health insurance. If those people have a problem, they'll be heading for--you guessed it---the emergency room.
So, I don't feel the lady testifying had anything against illegal immigrants per se. They brought her in for their anti-immigration purposes, but her real problem is reimbursement for the care of uninsured patients.
WHy should the state of florida get any money?? If you stop the benefits, illegal immigration would drop off , not stop, but certainly drop. Uninsured parents can be actual citizens as well, but we both know the a majority of uninsured are illegals.

<quoted text>You missed the point. Federal, state, and local governments HAVE to reimburse hospitals for emergency care when the patient is uninsured. What do you think is the purpose of Medicaid? It's a reimbursement program for lower income people.
And where does the Federal Govt get the money to do this?... from the taxpayers. Again, the cost of these ILLEGAL cockroaches is passed on to the American people.

<quoted text>What about the uninsured cockroaches? See? You are not thinking---AGAIN.
They assume that ALL "cockroaches" are uninsured because they are "illegal cockroaches." And they come here to drop their "anchor cockroaches." That's what is driving up the price of RAID for everyone.
