I attended court on monday for the Candace E. Calvin trial, and to say the least it was very sad. Sad to see someone who has no hope, who looked very sick and had no luck during this case. I'm not saying that justice needs to be served, but my god what a sad sight to see. candace recieved eight years in prison on monday, leaving the court room in thousands of tears, it felt like being in a court room with no air to breathe. I DONT KNOW WHAT'S BEST FOR CANDACE, eight years in prison or a life long sentance of guilt. Let this be a lesson to all THINK BEFORE YOU DRINK! My best friend is dead now and he is never coming back, I MISS YOU MATTY. Dont think for one minute people can walk away from these crimes. I was in court on monday and I saw in person what can happen, it made me sick to think what if it was me, maybe you should ask yourself is it worth it to get into a car and make A HUGE mistake like Candace did that night.
