The discussions on that group were nothing short of the similarities on this forum here.
Nothing but a battleground for the disgruntled.

There was a priest in the store when I went in to get my wheelchair worked on, and I asked him that too. He just said, "tradition". I didn't have the nerve to ask him more.

Wow, Unlisted has some knowledge of how to cut and paste, and I noticed her spelling is improving, now that is progress.

And you're right about Haszard, the kind of c & p.

I JUST WANT TO MAKE A COMENT. I WAS BORN A CATHOLIC AND AS I WAS GROWING UP, THE WITNESSES WOULD COME AROUND AND GIVE OUR FAMILY A BIBLE TEACHING. MY RELIGION NEVER GAVE US TEACHINGS OF THE BIBLE, BUT THEY DID. TODAY I AM A CHRISTIAN SAVED BY GRACE AND I THANK GOD THAT SOMEONE FOUND THAT INTEREST TO HELP OUR SPIRITUAL LIVES.THOSE THAT ARE BASHING RELIGONS,CAN WE WIN THEM OVER FOR CHRIST KINGDOM WITH THAT MINDSET? THE POINT IS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR THE KINGDOM OF CHRIST?

Unless you didn't know it, the JW's don't believe in Christs Kingdom as you speak of it.
They say Christendom has taken it over and laid claim to the good name (Christ) and has thus made it into Christendom, false religions.
But they have NO problem laying claim to the Holy name of Jehovah and using it for themselves.
If you want to say Christs Kingdom around them, don't say Christendom instead, which they cannot accept; you MUST change it to Messianic Kingdom.
Thats all they use so that they don't involve themselves in Christendom, false religion.
Hahaha, but they are FALSE RELIGION!
So there is basically to them NO Christs Kingdom, but there is Messiahs Kingdom.
I thought they were the same thing, but who knew they were different? ONLY the JW's!!!!
WOW! I guess we do owe them a debt of gratitude for showing us they are false religion.
