Glad to see that our youth is also fed up with the city and county corruption.

They're just doing it to get out of school. I don't think they care.

Actually our kids do care. They get embarrassed whenever they go out of town because non Eagle Passans associate our town with corruption.
Hopefully this generation of kids will be the ones who totally stamp out corruption in our town.

The majority don't care. More than half the time they don't know what's going on in their own town, much less around the world. The ones that go off to college; those are that ones that are embarrassed to be associated with Eagle Pass.

Encouraging students to skip school for this political show demonstrates that Saul Fernandez and his supporters do not have the best interests of Eagle Pass and its future in their heart.

Wait a minute, didn't Ramsey write a leniency for the criminal Rudyy Heredia? That sir shows Ramsey does not have best interests of EP in mind.

I totally agree...what a poor example ramsey is for our community...we don't need a mayor who thinks having close ties to the zetas is ok and that participating in illegal activity requires leniency...this town never had a chance!

What a poor example of an "ep teacher" to be on Topix during classroom time. I do agree with you on one point ... "this town never had a chance" because of people like you thinking this is the way to teach!

Eliaz and Cesar were both immediately released on bond after being arrested. Ramsey's letter supported affording Commissioner Heredia the right to bond as almost everyone who is innocent until proven guilty is entitled. Commissioner Heredia is neither a flight risk nor a threat to witnesses but the federal judicial system is dominated by a tight knit group with the power to deny you or in this case Commissioner Heredia due process rights. Sorry, Saul Fernandez, this dog just won't hunt. Time to come up with a new negative political campaign.

oh wait, what we need is a corrupt sorry excues for a man (if you can call him that & adulteress) to set a great example for this city. Why don't you people get over it and move on. What do you hope in accomplishing with a march? Absolutely nothing except getting a photo opp with another sorry excuse of a man Daniel Ramos. What Daniel should do is buy some clothes and change once in a while. So students, stay in school cuz this whole march thing is a waste of time.

What is "unbelievable," Saul Fernandez, is your scumbag negative political campaign carried strictly on Topix and EP Alumni. Again, Eliaz and Cesar were afforded bond. And Rudy (I will use first names too even though I do not know these people as intimately as you apparently do) is ACCUSED of criminal activity. He has not been CONVICTED, yet. Hailing from Mexico and the crooked ways things are done there I do not expect you to comprehend the difference. And you think you qualify to be Mayor? Think again!

By the way, truancy from school and promoting truancy from school is a criminal act too, so following your standard of judgement, you are a CRIMINAL Saul Fernandez!

All City leaders, officials and those making decisions are the ones to blame of the downfall of Eagle Pass. Until others step in to rid of the corruption and immoral decisions being made, Eagle Pass will continue to plunder.
