You have the right to remain crooked. Any thing you steal or sign will be used against you in the court of more corrupted individuals than yourself.

Throughout the day on Monday Javier Libson was refusing to vacate the Prct 1 Commissioner office on Bibb St. under instructions from County Attorney Ricardo Ramos.
Ramos is still a suspect in a marijuana smuggling case involving his son where he reported the vehicle loaded with narcotics stolen to sheriff Tomas Herrera just moments after it was intercepted by EPPD.
Ramos has been behind trying to seize control of the County through the court system.
Doesn't that seem very strange? Time for the FBI to refocus on Ramos' corruption.

Mr. Libson, the self-made businessman, is going to be Mr. Libson, the self-made jailbird, if he decides to follow Mr. Ricardo Ramos' advice today and tries to hold onto to a county office he is not entitled to.
Should be an interesting morning on Bibb St.

How can judge Saucedo overrule a higher judgement that was made by Judge Alcala? Saucedo just wants his puppets to have control of everything.... Morales. How can Maldonado resign, when he was kicked out in mid-Feb for bribery? That is the basis of Saucedo's decision.

To "There are laws to follow." You poor, poor fellow. You ought to take the time and read the law concerning who has the sole authority to replace a county commissioner's vacancy... and it sure isn't Judge Alcala.
Mr. Ramos's attempt to place his puppets amounted to nothing.
I am in agreement, the "stolen" suburban full of marihuana should be more closely investigated now that Castaneda is gone.

Just like Mr. Libson and Mr. Ramos you seem not to grasp the definition of "temporary" as in Judge Alcala's decision to suspend Maldonado and Heredia and name "temporary" commissioners to their positions. When Maldonado resigned there is no longer a civil action pending in Judge Alcala's court pertaining to Maldonado so the "law to follow" states very clearly the County Judge appoints to fill vacancies on commissioners court. Simple! Does this answer you question?
