I think the competency evaluation should have been issued to the judge and not by the judge. Lock up Turco, then do the testing, stop allowing him to commit one crime after another.

Everyone is right, Turco needs to die. I am his soon to be ex-wife. He has treated me like crap and never took care of his own son, or let anyone for that matter. He beats women and dont care, he got a kick out of it. He thought everything needed to go his way or not at all. He wrote me and told me that he was going to kill himself and I wrote him back and told him to go ahead casue he isnt going to have anyone or anything when he gets out. Im am really truely sorry what happened to Megan Churchill, I meet her that morning. She was sitting on my couch holding my son, and she looked really happy.

Turco has hurt numerous people...especially the ones who knew and loved Megan! She was the type of person who didn't judge people by the way they looked! She got along with everyone! Turco had no remorse for what he did! I'm not even sure he should be considered a human because humans have feelings! It true what his soon to be ex wife says about him beating her and never taking care of his own son! How do I know? Rick n I used to be friends before the car crash! He is one of the dumbest,most selfish,self-centered,careless ,cruelest,most hateful,lieing,sleezy,devil's regect that has walked god's green earth! I mean at first I was kinda mad at his soon to be ex for standing behind him for awhile...but then again he was what she thought to be her first true love plus the father of her soon! I don't blame her he probably threatend her in order to make her stick with him,or maybe played his sick physco mind games to convince her that he was an actual caring human being who was trying to admit to being wrong and felt remorse for what he did! The day he took her away it tore our worlds apart!!!!!! Megan is greatly missed and loved! Just the thought of Turco makes me sick! He deserves to die the way Megan died...go through exactly what she went thorough! He lives to hurt people...he gets a kick out of it! He has ruined so many peoples lives!

Kim is right! Everything she said is true! But one thing that she left out is that Turco is not incompitent or whatever its called! He knew exactly what he was doing and he still doesn't care!
