It's real simple, next time an innocent bystander gets shot during a lawful use of deadly force by someone, that someone and the harmed individual should sue the state for making them use a deer or wild turkey silhouette to practice their self defense shooting.

They’ll ban bull’s-eye targets later because instructors will tell the shooter to “envision a bull’s eye target” on your attacker and squeeze the trigger.
