The Kootenai County school district has mailed out over 20,000 flyers to voters asking them to authorize the levy on March 14th. The numbers they use are the numbers they want to be seen and have failed to tell the whole story on what the new levy is going to cost taxpayers. This flyer was all paid for by taxpayers.
