Wow, what a novel concept- living within your means. Where did this new idea come from? Why weren't we told about it in school?
As the Alt-A and Option ARM mortgages reset in the next two years, foreclosures are going to turn into a tsunami. Coupled with 10 % unemployment, many people will have to readust to a new reality.
Cancel your cable, stop eating out 3 times a week, and pay off your debt.
The next 2 years are going to be VERY,VERY bad.
