Conn. judge tosses charges in Haiti sex-abuse case
A federal judge dismissed charges against a man accused of sexually abusing boys at a school in Haiti, saying he can't be prosecuted in Connecticut because the alleged crimes didn't occur here.

The law is the law. Start running an intense ad campaign to ensure everyone in Haiti knows his face and then deport him.

there was a crime. to be detained on some other violation would have been a good idea. if not, its a good time to think of a law.
