I can't believe that discussion is gone. About one of the only good ones with no bashing most of the time..Here goes again

I have learned by experience that whatever I hate or fear comes upon me and sticks there until I learn to meet it without hate or fear, and to use it to good advantage.

One Day May Not Come

One day a woman's husband died, and on that clear, cold morning, in the warmth of their bedroom, the wife was struck with the pain of learning that sometimes there isn't "anymore". No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just to chat, no more "just one minute." Sometimes, what we care about the most gets all used up and goes away, never to return before we can say good-bye, or say"I love you."
So while we have it, it's best we love it, care for it, fix it when it's broken and heal it when it's sick. This is true for marriage .....

And old cars .. And children with bad report cards, and dogs with bad hips, and aging parents and grandparents. We keep them because they are worth it, because we are worth it..

Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away or a sister-in-law after divorce. There are just some things that make us happy, no matter what.

Life is important, like people we know who are special.. And so, we keep them close!

I received this from someone who thought I was a 'keeper'! Then I sent it to the people I think of in the same way.... Now it's your turn to send this to all
those people who are "keepers" in your life, including the person who sent it,if you feel that way. Suppose one morning you never wake up, do all your friends
know you love them?

I was thinking...I could die today, tomorrow or next week, and I wondered if I had any wounds needing to be healed, friendships that needed rekindling or three words needing to be said.

Let every one of your friends know you love them. Even if you think they don't love you back, you would be amazed at what those three little words and a smile can do. And just in case I'm gone tomorrow.

To everyone on topix: I sincerely wish to apologize to everyone that I have offended by posting to drama threads. I was having a bad night and was wrong to go off on everyone like I did. I will continue to post to the word games or to Mr Krinkle's house of fun. Also If I think I can help someone I will give my opinion. What I can't understand is why do people single me out, when I'm not any different than anyone out their in the topix world. I have started fun threads or polite threads like this one, only to have them ignored because they are not bashing or hurting someone. I am guilty of that, but I'm not alone. Some of the names used are questionable in content but that is every ones choice. I ignore it. But because i'm going to use my registered name I will be easy to find for those who choose to post comments about me. It doesn't matter what I post too, they will find me. I've already found my shovel to start digging my own hole deeper. Feeling a heart,please except my apology. But please everyone, stop using people's names and airing all their dirty Laundry. Personal lifes are just that. what we do is our own business not the world's. Other wise I will start my autobiography so that I know everything about me is included and make some money off it. I do not need to be reminded of past mistakes by people who may be related to me or my own past mistakes. I'm far from an angel. If my dad was here, he'd tell you. But people who really know me, the real me, know me and how nice I am. I can be mean, especially when someone keeps bothering me. It's like trying to swat a fly and they go and get an army to come with them and you can't hit one. Please just go about topix and let me have fun on the threads that are fun.

I too am blessed. You have a beautiful family also. I can't wait to get to know you more. I can relate to much of what you have to say. I also met another very good friend from Las Vegas and try to email with her too. Maybe some day we will all meet, maybe not on earth but we will meet. I will answer your email tomorrow. I'm really tired tonight, so just catching up on things. Take care and enjoy the nice weather.
