well i dont know about the cameras, but i do know he ows me some money, we sent alot of busness his way and he turned around and stuck us all..Troy, if you read this please refund us and what about the lotions u kept under the counter for alot of people...Thay shit wasnt cheap, I never would believe you would just take off like that..You seemed like such a nice friendly honest man..

He up and went either to Pennsylvania or Cornell University area. He planned on opening another Tanning salon. From what i hear a couple ppl are sueing him,his beds are in storage in lowville, He owes Totally tan in Watertown money for the beds. He had his truck repossesed and there is a warrent for his arrest. The dude definitly had issues and I hope he gets what is coming to him.

Knew him when he had is log home business; that never panned out either. very sneaky and untrust worthy, but a real good bull-shitter; and far as the camara's in the tanning rooms yaaaa they were there....I told girls not to go there when he first opend that place; and my exact words were he's probabbly got camera's in the rooms. One girl actually said she could hear someone moving around behind the wall when she was in there. He even stoled money from his inlaws and now he's on the run....I think he was on the run from PA police when he moved up here. Why would anyone in their right mind build a log home on top of a hill that you can only access by 4 wheeler or snowmobile...especially when you have a baby; what if there was ever an emergency. NIMO wouldn't even hook him up for it was unaccessable; His poor wife...and kid...You can only run for so long...poor Troy Boy. Somebody should tan his hide.....
