Eagan man cleared in Burnsville slaying

After deliberating 14 hours, a Dakota County jury found an Eagan man not guilty of murder in the death of 35-year-old Tina SanRoman, a single mother who was fatally stabbed April 7 in the garage of her Burnsville town home.

Woot! Good verdict. The county brought an f'd up case full of guesses to trial, not counting a PIG who tried to hide evidence.

Come on!!! This kid got away with murder!! All because he comes from a wealthy family and Tina SanRoman was portayed by the defense as a white trash, dope smoking single mom. On top of that, the roommate was of Arabic descent which totally played to the "terrorist fears" of the white suburban jury.
And what 18 year old kid wants to "adopt" a 9 yr. old kid unless he is a pedophile. Remember, Pass was the one selling the marijuana, he's NOT the role model. Let's just see where Pass is 5 years from now. What will he do next time?

There is no EVIDENCE. No DNA. Talk to BCA or Burnsivlle police who collect and analyze data. and aren't you calling the kettle black. Just because he's white he's guilty?

If Pass didn't do it, I'd really like to know how the roommate stabbed himself in the back. The defense said there was other DNA on some clothes found in the garage that could have belonged to someone else...yet they have video of Pass wearing those clothes that night. None of the defenses arguments hold any water. I guess the people involved in this case think that something like this could never happen to their families.

Apparently the state failed to prove that charge beyond a reasonable doubt. This was not a deadlocked jury on that charge. This was a 12-0 vote.

I posted on another thread that I was on the jury, I did not say the sob was not guilty I said I would defur to an 11-1 majority.
