<quoted text>I agree. She was home sometime that night from the party. She left the house in her car after her husband went to bed. Car found with a flat tire not far from home. Surely she would have called her husband or the man she was meeting to come get her. Check the phone records. Look for fowl play in and around the vehicle. If there are no signs of foul play then my assumption is she was meeting someone after hours. Someone she met at the party? Find out who all was at the party, addresses, phone numbers and records etc. My thoughts is she is a run away but will come home when she starts to realize her mistake. JMHO. Hope that is true.
Very good assumption. She had stars in her eyes.

I understand the necessity for an initial investigation and the importance of questioning all invloved, because I have done it. But on this one I am having a hard time understanding. The lack of credible public information and lack of apparent concern is very troubling. I do not know this lady but many people that I know does and from what I gathered she would not just leave her children, her husband yes, but willingly leaving your children, especially young children is virtually unheard of in situations as this. Has the area that she lives in been searched?? What about the vicinity of the vehicle. Has the First Responders / Fire Fighters of this county been put on alert to possibly join in the search, that is if there is even one to participate in. They are an untapped resource that are waiting and eager to help with whatever the task. Be it grid searches or whatever it may be. I agree with a previous poster that stated a time for ego's is not right now. A community combined is a lot more powerful than some might think. Guys use the resources that you have and pride can take a back seat today. In saying that, please respect this forum. It could be your mother, sister, father or friend that needs help next time. Prayers for her and her family!

This is a very sad situation. I pray for her safe return and my thoughts and prayers are with the family. As far as the people making rude comments, the best thing to do is ignore it! Nobody cares what they have to say. If you feed into it, it just makes it worse. Much love and support going out to this family that I do not know!

The authorities have been doing that for going on the second day. The Dyer County Sheriff's Department is doing their job. They are working round the clock on the case and bringing in what is necessary to continue the investigation. This topic shouldn't be here to question them right now. Allow them to do their job by investigating. THE LOCAL CITIZENS JOB RIGHT NOW IS TO REPORT IF YOU SAW ANYTHING OR HER VEHICLE ANYWHERE OR TO CHANGE THE TIMELINE TO WHEN HER CAR WAS LAST SEEN.

Surely your neighbors would have seen or heard something? Somebody in that area had to!

If you want to go to your facebook and question that, feel free to do so with your name attached to it. How do you know that they are not? How do you know they don't already have a suspect? How do you know anything? They need any information or possible witnesses to anything that took place that night/early morning from 1:30-4:50am Sunday Oct. 30. Other than that....it's not really necessary at this time. It's hurtful and disrespectful of the family and especially her children.

I don't think it is hurtful or disrespectful at all that I care so genuinely that this woman is returned home to her family. Topix is not anonymous, as you seem to think, the ISPs are all available, if the police see fit to ask any questions of any of us.

I have nothing more to say to you so please leave me be.

That car was messed with, because how many times you going to have a flat tire at one thirty in the morning?
