Get a life. Point being it must be..at a f*cking minimum 4 years or more. Damn lady, common sense, it ain't common. STFU. Statutory rape is difficult to prosecute without the willingness of the victim...in which most cases they perceive the relationship as consensual and won't testify. Move the f*ck on and give us some useful information. Report yo shit to the authorities and quit coming on here bitching. Geezus. Obsessed much?

I go to school with the girl and she posts pics on fb of them all over each other all the time. Heard them both brag to friends about having sex multiple times. He's a marine and came back to visit the school one day, where she proceeded to hang all over him. I just think it's super wrong.

It's more than four years. So you'd be totally cool with your 14 year old daughter having sex with a 19 year old? And why don't YOU quit coming on here bitching??

New laws state that as long as it's a five year difference and the individual is over 13 then they won't do anything about it. These laws are hanging in any DHS office. And I do know this personally cause it happened in my family and guess what, nothing was done due to laws and they are still seeing each other. But personally I think if u are not the parents then u should stay out of it that is a family issue not a public issue.

http://www.missingkids.com/cybertipline/ This site explains a little more. Federal law exceeds state law when minors are violated.
