I ask for a car fax and had no problem I understand a used vechile is yours when you buy it and I have no problem with that but when the truck stops running the very next day you buy it that is a bad sign I will say this Thomas made sure I had something to drive every time it was in his shop and out of the 11 times I only paid twice and it was less than 100.00 I'm not saying that sales people are bad. I did my research and I knew what I was buying. But you have 3 days to make sure everything is ok and something happened to mine in 1 day so yes Thomas made sure this was taken care of to the best of his ability but his service department doesn't have any ability. He needs to clean house and start over with the service department.

I have bought 2 vechiles from Rick Hill, the first one I had no problem with I was told it would hold it's resale value and it did I traded it at Rick Hill and was given a very good deal. Now I have a vechile that has been in the shop 11 times the first year I had it and it is still not fixed. The service department are a bunch of idiots and do not treat women with respect. I told them over and over again what the problem was and if they turned the truck off they would not be able to put it on the computer to find out the problem. Now it is still doing the same problem and they will do anything about it because it will cost them over a grand to truely fix it. I would but a vechile there but would never have it worked on there. The service department thinks women don't know anything. My dad did teach me somethings about vechiles so they should think a pretty face equals dumb.
While he was teaching you so much about VEHICLES, he should've taught you how to spell it! LOL so they should think a pretty face=dumb?

Dealerships do not pay for each carfax...that is a pure out lie!
Most dealerships pay a monthly fee for unlimited access to the carfax site and can pull as many as needed. Now with Rick Hill owning several different lots in the area...I'm sure they pay the monthly fee! Nice one!
Also, watch the Lure of personal warranties provided by Rick Hill and the promise of free oil changes and rotate and balances for a year...they seem to have short term memory loss and can't find the paperwork when you pull up for your oil change and rotation!!!
THIS IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO TRUE!!!!!!!!!! So very true!!!!!!!!!!

I did not buy my Nissan from Rick Hill, because a salesman told me they did not have what I was looking for.
I was in another city visiting and drove by a Nissan Dealer and saw what I wanted.
Rick Hill has serviced my Nissan several times.
However recently after a oil/filter change they said I needed over $1000.00 worth of work done.
I thought from their reaction that it was a scam.
My personal mechanic checked it out and told me the work did not need to be done.
Several thousand miles later I am still driving it with no problems.

Hahahaha... this is funny. Management from Wreck Hill Nissan getting on here trying to cover their butts knowing when you see a transport truck bringing vehicles to their lot half of them are either crushed or missing.

I bought a 2007 Maxima off the used car lot back in 2007, the car only had 10,000 miles on it. I have never had the first problem out of the car. The people back in the service department and wonderful to me, and yes I am a woman, and so is everyone else that works there. If I choose to buy a Nissan next time I will go back to Rick Hill

I went to buy a car from them last june, and the one I picked out they told me the lowest they could go was $16000. When I got home and looked online the car the exact same car was advertised for $13,900. I printed out what I found vin number and all and they sold me the car for $13,900. So, my advice would be too check their online car's prices before you buy. No trouble with them after that.

We bought a used vehicle this year from them and 3 weeks later, a long way from home, our brakes started squealing and when we pulled in to a place to have them checked, they said our rotors were rusted nearly in 2. They quoted nearly $400 to replace the brakes, pads and rotors. It's bad enough that they sold the vehicle to us in that condition and didn't fix it prior to being sold, but they didn't even tell us that they would need replacing soon. A month after that when we had a blowout (can't say that was their fault, but likely something we'd run over) it took hours and two people to get the spare unattached from underneath because of the same problem. It was a weekend and we were in the middle of nowhere trying to get the darn spare tire loose to be able to get home.
I think the next vehicle we buy I am taking our mechanic with us to check it from end to end before I sign on the dotted line and take a car home. Too bad the law doesn't require having an outside party to check the car before purchase like when you buy a home.

I bought a vehicle from them a few weeks ago,I thought they were awesome people. I bought a used sub and they had no problem with the carfax when we asked. The got my payment right were I wanted and Jay was awesome at working with me in any way possible. John was my sales man and he didn't hassle me in any way. When my check engine light came on the very same nite they men in the service department had no problem fixing it and listening to my concern. I am too and female and they didn't treat me horrible at all they actually went with what I said and it fixed the problem. I will continue to keep doing business with them. They even brought my sub inside a bay close to the waiting area that way I wouldn't have to take my child out into the cold! Awesome people that care. A++++
