Just wondering why it says Big WIG? I always thought that referred to someone who thought they were better than everyone else, in a derogatory manner...??

Ive bought three vehicles @ Rick Hill and have always been sold a reliable car at a reasonable price.! time I had to argue with the finance manager because he wanted to add warranties and all this other crap all dealers try to slide by but when you hold your ground and are prepared to walk because they arent dealing they will come around, got exactly the payment I wanted, by a better interest rate because I didnt back down. Always got good service and friendly folks whenever Ive dealt wityh them, Mark Frazier has been the best.

I love my Nissan but and would probably buy another but never again from Rick Hill in Dyersburg.

I have tons of complaints but the one that upset me the most was how they consistantly treated me differently because I was a woman. This was mainly in the service department after the sale. I was taken advantage of and pushed aside everytime but anytime my husband was with me they treated me with respect. It makes me sick! I have a card for free oil changes but I'd rather pay someone else to do it than deal with them for that or any other reason.

i agree...its best not to deal with rick hill...they are very dishonest and the most crooked car lot in this area...after the sale they act like they have no idea who you are and i know they dont have enough customers to have problems remembering their face

You guys should have known that they buy wrecked vehicles and half ass repair them at their own "Working Man's Body Shop" in Southtown!

They had a 300Z on the lot with a Porshe front cap and that car looked like shit! They painted the the weather stipping and everything. Drive out to their bodyshop in South Town and see what vehicles they have outside and then go to the lot the next week...and BAM there they are!

They used to have Hightower's dope head ass repair them behind the old Sound Waves building. Just a bunch of hacks doing just enough to make the vehicles look decent enough to sell

I tried to buy a car from Rick Hill Nissan several yrs ago and saw very quickly how crooked they are. This is the kind of dealer that gives ALL car dealers a bad name. That big guy, McNeely is a compulsive liar. If he's not lying to you about a car, then he's lying to you about himself. He's never worked an honest day in his life . What a bunch of crooks.

i myself bought a new car from them but will never buy another one from them for the lies they tell you to get you to buy and not standup what they promised you.

If they refuse to give you a carfax report, WALK OUT IMMEDIATELY. Don't listen to any of their BS about some other paperwork being the same, IT ISN'T. a car you are interested in, tell them right then you want a report from carfax, if they refuse, LEAVE.

Dealerships do not pay for each carfax...that is a pure out lie!

Most dealerships pay a monthly fee for unlimited access to the carfax site and can pull as many as needed. Now with Rick Hill owning several different lots in the area...I'm sure they pay the monthly fee! Nice one!

Also, watch the Lure of personal warranties provided by Rick Hill and the promise of free oil changes and rotate and balances for a year...they seem to have short term memory loss and can't find the paperwork when you pull up for your oil change and rotation!!!

let me tell you one secret about warranties not everything is covered and if you buy one you should always look and see what is covered before you purchase one.. Rick Hill Nissan is not the only dealership to sell wrecked cars.. when you purchase a vehicle and demand a car fax do they demand you to purchase a car fax on your car??? I mean business is business and if you can be honest with yourself once in a while maybe you would have some kind of dignity but coming on the site and bashing a dealership because YOU dont pay your bills on time is your problem not any car dealerships.. I would like to also let everyone know I purchased a plan where i get free oil changes and rotations that last until 75000 miles and when it was over i knew it because i read the booklet and I have a brain and I decided to use my brain that god gave me..

What are people to do with cars that are worth 10000 dollars JUNK EM or sell them..

BODY SHOPS ARE PROFESSIONALS AT FIXING AN ACCIDENT

I also bought a vehicle with body damage and they disclosed it for me thank you very much...

Spoken like someone who works at the dealership or "owns" it! I have been in the car business for many years and I totally understand how warranties work. However, when you are baited into purchasing a used car with the "ok, I'll throw in a year of free oil changes and rotations"...it has nothing to do with a warranty! Therefore, you didn't read my post correctly, so your BRAIN has let you down!

I'm glad you know how to read and understand your warranty...you should run really quick to the kitchen and get yourself a couple Nilla wafers and a glass of milk as a reward! As for the carfax comment....given the fact that you expect honesty and professionalism from a car dealership, they should provide a carfax upon request! The comment about people not paying their bills has nothing to do with this thread...can you prove that anyone on here has a car from there and hasn't paid their note??? Didn't think so.

As for the Body shops being professionals at fixing accidents....I have seen the work that comes out of that place and it is mediocre at best. Gaps on cars are not correct, trunk leaks, paint jobs are decent but several have bad orange peel and alot of trash in them. Professional body shops are the ones that conduct business to restore vehicles back to factory specifications and work insurance claims....this body shop's goal is to complete restorations for minimal price and make maximum profit for the dealership!

Get your facts right and use that BRAIN really well before you get on here and challenge someone that knows what they are talking about!

I have bought 2 vechiles from Rick Hill, the first one I had no problem with I was told it would hold it's resale value and it did I traded it at Rick Hill and was given a very good deal. Now I have a vechile that has been in the shop 11 times the first year I had it and it is still not fixed. The service department are a bunch of idiots and do not treat women with respect. I told them over and over again what the problem was and if they turned the truck off they would not be able to put it on the computer to find out the problem. Now it is still doing the same problem and they will do anything about it because it will cost them over a grand to truely fix it. I would but a vechile there but would never have it worked on there. The service department thinks women don't know anything. My dad did teach me somethings about vechiles so they should think a pretty face equals dumb.
