you don't even know how to spell---you need to get some home schooling on spelling. Here is correct spelling: Comments not commints and not hole but whole. If you don't even know how to spell, you defintely don't know what you are talking about on here. You are simply showing your lack of education, so stop posting!

I don't know about any of the other crap people are saying but one thing about her, I do know for a fact. I have a sweet little daughter that goes to work every day and budgets her money. She doesn't do drugs or drink. About 4 years ago, someone backed into her little car with a big truck and totaled it. She had uninsured/insured through this same ladies company. She turned in the paperwork, then went and got the police report and turned it in. For months we kept going up there and trying to get them to pay it off. One week she would have her sign paperwork again, because the other was 'lost.' The next week she needed another copy of the police report again. It became a joke about what the excuse was this week. We even made bets about what it would be.
The rest of the family was inconvenienced, because we had to make sure she (my daughter) had a ride to and from work and to the store and things. We GLADLY did this for her, because we love her. After 9 months, I finally went up there and told this lady, if they did not pay her within 2 weeks we were getting a lawyer. 5 days later she called my daughter and told her to come get her check. It was for 280.00. The blue book on her car was 3200.00. I blew a gasket about it! I told my daughter to get a lawyer. She said "No Mom, I am just tired of dealing with her and this money gives me enough in my savings to buy a car I've been looking at and the 280 will pay for the new insurance. So I am just going to go on. She will make someone mad enough to take her to court and she will pay for doing people like that."
Well, she was right. I hope one of the faces she remembers is my daughters, when she is standing in front of the judge! I also hope her kids enjoyed that 2900.00, she stole from mine!

I know Tina and personally I adore her and her family. If you do not know the whole story, then what is your point? As for you making these accusations against her husband, it is uncalled for and I hope that they find out who you are and press charges against you and/or sue you for slander.

With that being said, I have to say that I find all the inbred/meth head/redneck/trailer trash people from Dyersburg quite entertaining. I love how the community blasts all of their personal problems either on Topix or Facebook so that others can sit back and laugh at them.

Moral to the story is this, watch who you do business with in any industry. There are a lot of crooks out there. Do your homework before giving someone your money.

The company had been in business since 95 and the lady had her license on the wall... Then no complaints were at the BBB. So she thought she had picked a reputable company.
My daughter learned a lesson about standing up for herself. She learned the value of 3000.00. She learned even though some one writes you a receipt and smiles so sweetly at you, they might be sticking a knife in your back.
The next company she used, she called the home office and verified the account. So, I guess it was pretty cheap for a lesson. That's why we didn't join the crowd to press charges.
I learned how sweet my daughter is, in a totally different way, than I already knew.
Then I learned, just how sweet justice really is!
Go DPD!... Glad they do more than just bust dope heads... Although, there are enough of them out there to keep them busy for the next 10 years!

If you think you are being cheated, call the State of Tennessee Insurance Department.

If you are messing with a financial advisor, they are regulated by FINRA.

If you are dealing with a lawyer that is crooked, you deal with the bar association.

All professionals are licensed and have various regulatory bodies to check up with. You can look up any insurance agent, financial advisor, doctor, CPA, lawyer, etc... to see if they have had complaints against them. If so, stay away or beware.

Do NOT rely on the BBB. Basicly a business pays a fee and they are a BBB member. Most professionals are not even members. There is no benefit to it.

Hope this helps.

If it was a person w/o connections she would be under jail . She will get a clean record _ so she can go to a bank and do it again !!!

She will not legally work in insurance in her life.

It amazes me that even if she could, who would go to someone with a potentially dishonest past with so many other competitors with good reputations to go to.

And you still can not spell... come on lady, you know somebody is going to call you out on it. And they do not have to be crack heads, meth heads, and apparently have a pretty good education.
