did not see the scrimage, but a friend who saw it said not impressed. he said that out of about 40 snaps, only a few resulted in positve yardage. hardin county stoped every play at the line or in the backfield

he is right, out of about 11 pass attempts only 1 was caught, the center is slow as a turtle missed several blocking assignments,i bet the cheerleaders could have done as good, maybe they can get the Dyersburg-Dyer county Dixie Belles to show em how to play ball and become a championship team, its pretty sad when a group of girls can play like champions but the high school football team plays like scared mice

umm im pretty sure they had more than one play for possotive yardage and i know they completed more than one pass because i saw the sanders kid catch three himself and smith also had a catch among others hardin county had no luck running the ball however they scored once on a play action pass. d-burg will be better than people expect they are very physical and have an edge in the passing game with a couple of kids that have great hands so dont underestimate them this year

oh please, who were they getting physical with i was there watching,if the quarterback gets any slower delivering a pass they could all lay down and take a nap,the boy has an arm like silly putty, face it they were doomed last season and they are doomed this season.the NEW COACH just doesnt have what it takes.

Dyersburg scrimmaged in Arlington Friday. I was ashamed to let anyone know that I was from Dyersburg. We had several kids who threw their helmets and shoulder pads, talking back to the officials and coaches. Total lack of discipline and lack of control by the coaches.

Not sure if this is true, but was told that Dyersburg would not be invited back. Dyersburg football is like a snowball on the highway to hell. After Dyer County kicks our butts, look for the big melt down.

He's just like Adam Renshaw..A GOOD MAN, but does not instill enough DISCIPLINE to get the job done..That picture that was in the State Gazette where the O-linemen where "POSING" after they won 2nd place at some camp should tell you enough..."GOT ALL THESE KIDS CLOWNING AND FLEXING".and didn't win squat...Discipline carries over to the football field..

These kids have NO FEAR of Stowe..If they did, they wouldn't act this way...Apparently they do it on the practice field, in the locker room and wherever they go...Sort of like raising you child..IF you make them behave at home..They know not to ACT UP IN PUBLIC..If they showed their butts like this away from home, no telling how they act up when nobody is watching...

well i watched the choctaws scrimmage ripley friday night and believe me when i say noone was impressed by the way the choctaws played against a mediocre tiger team so one bad team against another bad team will make for a very boring game, and those BRIGHTON CARDINALS were very good they ripped haywood tomcats a new rectum hole, and i do believe the choctaws play them in a district game

Ok..But HOW MANY GAMES YOU GONNA WIN?..Camp don't mean squat...Scrimmages don't mean squat...Hey, I'm pulling for yeah, but is Stowe couldn't win with THAT TEAM LAST YEAR..All those returning seniors, a stacked offensive line, a 1,000 yard rusher and you gonna go 5-6?..All those parents fighting with the coaches, players fighting with the coaches, players acting like kindergarten kids...Camps are all you are gonna win...

This must have stemmed from last year when some of the older player set a really good example of how to disrepect your coach! But it is still the coaches fault for the lack of discipline and control they have over the team.
