mikey, are you really so stupid that you told someone that you would probably have to hire my son back, but that you could keep it from being settled for about a year??? I certainly hope that you and your co-conspirator's credibilitie's are as pure as the driven snow, because you will both be testifying in court way before then! After you had to back down from the "roll firing", you told the union man to make me quit harrassing you. You had better be concerned about me hanging around your neck like a badger, you vile, repugnant, ego-maniacal, 300 pound pile of human waste! See you in court, mikey!

I thought an employer could fire anyone at any time without explanation. That's life. Sue someone for employment termination? Who the heck has all that disposable income to throw a public temper tantrum? Lawyer, court costs, filing paperwork, time away from looking for a job instead if drawing unemployment and food stamps. I'm sure the judge would just LOVE their time wasted on that petty bull crap. Move on. Have him get another job and quit teaching your son that everyone gets anything they want if they cry and scream and stamp their feet. What a sense of entitlement!

Mike is on an ego trip, he is a poor manager and it is a matter of time that he has claims filed for age discrimination and other illeagal and inappropriate actions as a supervisor. Kroger needs to move him or place him back to a stock boy like he started.

Kroger is a union. In order to be fired, you have to be written up 3 times in one year for the same thing, steal, or physically harm someone. That is the reason Jon Carver's mother thinks they can win in court. Little do the idiots realize, sexual harassment is not tolerated. They had 10+ people who went and talked to HR when they visited the store. He is a piece of junk and will never be anything but a piece of crap.

Your head must be in the sand, TN is a right to work for less state, means if you look crossed at a 3rd grade educated boss you will probably lose your job. NO help from the rwnut state. Advise leave the state as soon as one can.
